Adjustment request 

Requests to change previously submitted information used to calculate your program benefit can be made within 18 months of the date of the original Calculation of Benefits notice.

 

Appeals

Appeals regarding the processing of applications are accepted within 90 days of the date of the decision. The appeal must clearly identify the nature of the appeal and provide sufficient information and documentation to substantiate it. A missed deadline may only be excused if extenuating circumstances can be demonstrated. Exceptions to program policy like eligibility, or other disagreements with program rules, cannot be appealed.

 

Online forms

New Participant Package

  • New Clients use this form to submit information used to create and send an Enrolment Notice. After you pay your annual fee, you can receive benefits from AgriStability.

Notice of Loss

  • Clients can contact our customer support team immediately after suffering a loss to ensure timely payments for any AgriStability Program Year.

Interim (Advance) Payment Request Form

  • The AgriStability Program Interim (Advance) Payment option allows you to access your benefits before the end of your fiscal period or immediately after you complete a production cycle.

Supplemental Form (coming soon)

  • Supplemental information can now be sent directly to BC AgriStability, this includes crop and livestock inventories, purchased inputs, deferrals, receivables, payables and productive capacity.

Additional Information / Adjustment Request Form

  • This form can be used to provide additional information regarding your application or request an adjustment to information used in calculating your program benefits for a program year.

Note:

Individuals must continue to submit the AgriStability Harmonized Tax Form (statement of farming activity) annually to:

  • Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)
  • E-file or mail

Corporations must continue to mail the AgriStability Harmonized Statement A annually to:
